blockbuster great lost dvd policies

Blockbuster are fantastic as regards lost DVDs. With other DVD rental companies I have been with you have to send an email to let them know and wait for their reply which can take some time! (especially if you are on a short trial)
To report a DVD lost with Blockbuster you just have to click on a link and they will send you the next DVD on your list with no questions asked…
