New multiple dvd envelopes
lovefilm and blockbuster now offer their customer the ability to send back the multiple dvds in 1 envelopes
Good for them as it saves them postage costs, but it would be better if they send multiple rental in one go.

Screenselect and lovefilm keeping separate sites
After the screenselect and lovefilm merger a few month ago, i expected the 2 heavy weights to merge websites and services to create the best service in the uk by a mile.
But after speaking to a lovefilm customer service staff today, i was told they will mantain separate sites. So for the time going there will still be a screenselect and lovefilm service.

i recently got an email from screenselect and they included the following tips
- 20 Titles minimum - 20-60 titles in your Selection keeps things running smoothly
- Prioritise - rank titles on your list so we know which are most urgent
- Rate & Review - each rating finetunes the recommendations for you, and everyone else. And your reviews stir the debate and help keep everyone informed
- Did you know? - DVDs are much more fragile than CDs, please look after them and keep them in their protective case when not in use
most of them pretty basic, but i was insterested in the rate and review suggestion. Maybe i might start using the feature more, coz the recommendation i get now r rubbish.
boxchoice is no more
boxchoice website has been down for months and i expect the service will not come back.
i dont think no one will miss them, as there service was poor and we had lots of complaints about them
