Customer service email backlog
As you are no doubt aware we re-launched the site last weekend, as a result of these changes we’ve had an unprecedented amount of emails sent to us regarding the new site, and the transformation of ScreenSelect to LOVEFiLM.com.
We are working hard to clear the backlog of emails, but we’d like to ask you to bear with us during this busy time. We will answer all emails sent to us in due time.
