Third week in a row that they have sent bloody scratched disks – first it was Monster’s Ball, then Star Wars and now Batman Begins, really really pisses me off, have to skip random bits of the fkin movie.

It’s hell trying to unsucscribe to these bastards. Why the fuck should I have to phone up, and listen to some foreigner with a hard to understand accent, having to tell this stranger why I am leaving. Things were much better when Screen Select were around.

i have always had a great service with them, i have the unlimited 2 DVD account and i get about 8 DVDs (give or take) a week, i send them out one day and day after next a new one arrives. The only problem i have ever had was recently, and that was the Royal Mails fault. Sorry to hear you have a crap service, might be worth telling them.
This happens every singe time I send them back, I get 3 dvds a week and I’m not the only one this happens to. I take it you work for lovefilm? It has nothing to do with royal mail, lovefilm have poor service, you being one of the oblivious lucky ones – end of.
You mean in the week that there have been various postal strikes?!.

I sent my dvd back a week ago and still haven’t had my list updated – This happens alot. Lovefilm have baught off more than they can chew and are too understaffed to deal with the amount of customers.

I strongly disagree – They are excellent. I send a film back on Monday, they get it Tuesday, they send a new one off Tuesday and I get Wednesday. It is more than just renting DVD’s, it creates a completely new culture. My friend and I are both subscribed to them (Both of us on Unlimited 2, of course) , almost everyday we show each other those beautiful envelopes to each other and then at lunch time we post them, it has changed our lives.
