Netflix vs Blockbuster

Netflix vs. Blockbuster

Netflix has instant movies streaming. The service is free for Netflix customers and allows them to watch a selection of about 2000 movies and TV shows online on their PC’s. On the other hand Blockbuster has such perks as one free in-store movie per month and the flexibility to return in store the movies that you order online, thus reducing the turn-around time.

Overall Customer Service
Tie

Both services have their positives and negatives. Depending on what is most important to you will determine which service you’ll be most satisfied with. But for those who said Blockbuster was a dinosaur headed for the graveyard, guess again. They’ve created an online service that rivals what was the market leader. What happens to the industry next is anyone’s guess.
