Virgin DVD rental is a partnership between the Virgin Group and LOVEFiLM. The company has maintained the same prices and packages and uses the LOVEFiLM website with a Virgin logo at the top. However, they offer an extended free trial of 30 days rather than the regular 14 days.
LoveFilm Partnership
Virgin is powered by LOVEFiLM. This means that the site is branded as 'Virgin', but the DVDs are processed by LOVEFiLM. This partnership allows Virgin to resell LOVEFiLM's DVD rental collection and therefore, change the rental packages and prices.

LOVEFiLM's has a quick delivery of 2-3 days since all DVDs are sent first class. DVDs are sent in thin Virgin branded plastic sleeves with a prepaid return envelope included. LOVEFiLM's return envelopes can now fit up to 4 discs at a time.
The site contains a comprehensive membership area where you can edit your watch list, personal details, website preferences & membership status.
The company also offers a detailed question and answers help section where all basic questions can be answered and email support. Unfortunately, they do not offer telephone support.
Membership is easy to cancel with no monthly minimums. |
