Verdict: DVD Avenue has a ugly looking site that need a fresh modern update.
Their search function is quite flexible, allowing you to search by director, title, actor or synopsis. The site includes editorial lists such as Oscar Winners, The Duds and Expert Picks. However, the site has some bugs and some of the links to their membership options do not work.
All titles include detailed descriptions as well as the ability to add your own user rating or review.

Verdict: The turnaround for DVD Avenue DVDs is a few days. All movies are sent in special mailers with prepaid return envelopes included.
DVD Avenue customers can easily change the order and priority of rentals by simply clicking the 'Rent Me' link located beside each movie cover. Their priority system works well; you will receive your rentals in order, depending on availability.
DVD Avenue has an excellent customer service consisting of online, email and telephone support.
